Where do they come up with the music that companies play when they put you on hold when you call? I wonder who decides which awful tune to play. I often think that they make it uneasy on your ears on purpose so that you hang up the phone because, in all honesty, your call really isn't important to them. While calling tech support I think I listened to a screwed up version of Yankee Doodle about eight or so times. Whose brilliant idea was that?
On a side note (totally unrelated to this entry) football was amazing today. EAGLES beat the GIANTS ...Dallas lost...and Atlanta lost. All great things for play off hopefuls.

also, i love that they played yankee doodle. that's the most random one i've heard. I think that those tech people legitimately think that's funny. they're odd.
