I have been enjoying looking at the Facebook profile pictures during this celebrity doppleganger week. Apparently, doppleganger is a German word mean "look alike" or "double." I thought you were supposed to post a picture of a celeb that you look like. Well, I know that celebs wear way more makeup and glamorous clothing, but even without the makeup- you do not look like ___________. Now, in some cases, I have found the pictures look very close to the actualy person. For instance, my college roommate Mary posted her pic of Rory from Gilmore Girls. I totally thought it was her. What gets me is when people post pictures of Jennifer Aniston. No, you do not look like her.
I found a site that lets you upload a pic of yourself and it actually traces who you look like. I got a pretty funny list. But- the picture I used was old and I had no glasses on and my hair down, and I must say it was kind of accurate as compared to the pic of the celeb they gave me. But then I googled the lady and she was a supermodel and in all her pics she has long brown hair and is half nekked. Um, no- I am not posting her pic as MY profile pic on FACEBOOK!
OK- so this is why I am truly annoyed...let's say an ex is dating a girl and she puts up her pic as a Jennifer Aniston. No you do not look like her. Have some humility.

hhahaha betheny, I've been thinking the same thing! I want to ask soem people if they seriously think they look like brad pitt or angelina jolie...whoever thought this was a good idea on facebook probably deserves a punch in the jeans.
